Renovate started with a simple observation. Every renovation contractor I met was running their business on the same broken stack. QuickBooks for the books, a Google Doc for estimates, Stripe for card payments, a WhatsApp group for the crew, and a spreadsheet for the pipeline. Five tools, none of them talking, and the contractor spending their nights stitching data together instead of quoting the next job.
The bigger apps existed. Jobber and Housecall Pro were fine for dispatch heavy service teams. Buildertrend was fine for enterprise general contractors with 100 plus concurrent projects. But for the 90 percent of the renovation market that runs 5 to 30 concurrent projects with milestone billing, there was a gap. Nothing was built for renovation specifically.
So we built Renovate. Also known as Hello Renovate. One platform for estimates, milestone invoices, contacts, pipeline, tasks, schedule, storefront, and Renovate AI room mockups. Priced at $29.99 per month so a two client month covers the whole yearly bill.
