How do I get started?
Sign up with your business email and send your first estimate. Both Pro and Pro Plus unlock every client facing tool on day one.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?
Pro ($29.99 per month) gives you the full contractor CRM. Estimates, invoices, milestone billing, pipeline, tasks, schedule, storefront, and 50 Renovate AIs per month. Pro Plus ($59.99 per month) adds a public storefront URL you can share with clients and 100 Renovate AIs per month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes. Move between Pro and Pro Plus with one click from Settings then Billing. Changes are prorated and take effect on the next billing cycle.
How do client payments work?
Renovate sends every invoice as a clean branded secure link with your payment terms and instructions on it. Your client pays you directly. Renovate does not process the payment or take a cut.
Is there a setup fee or hidden cost?
No setup fee, no per user charge, no per contact charge. The monthly price includes unlimited estimates, invoices, contacts, and users.
Can I use it in Canada?
Yes. Renovate is available across the US and Canada, with local pricing benchmarks and licensing notes for the major metros in both.
Do I need to install anything?
No install. Renovate runs in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile. There's also a native iOS and Android app if you want push notifications from the field.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing cycle. All your data (estimates, invoices, contacts, notes) stays available for CSV export for at least 90 days after cancellation.
