$29.99 for Pro or $59.99 for Pro Plus. Unlimited estimates, invoices, and users. No per user or per contact fees.
Cancel or switch any time
No annual lock in. Switch between Pro and Pro Plus, or cancel, with one click. Data stays exportable for 90 days after.
Renovate takes 0 percent of payments
Client payments run through Stripe Connect. Renovate never touches the money. The only per transaction fee is whatever your provider charges directly.

How do I get started?+
Sign up with your business email, connect Stripe when you're ready for clients to pay online, and send your first estimate. Both Pro and Pro Plus unlock all client facing tools on day one.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?+
Pro ($29.99 per month) gives you the full contractor CRM. Estimates, invoices, milestone billing, pipeline, tasks, schedule, storefront, and 50 Renovate AIs per month. Pro Plus ($59.99 per month) adds a public storefront URL you can share with clients and 100 Renovate AIs per month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?+
Yes. Move between Pro and Pro Plus with one click from Settings then Billing. Changes are prorated and take effect on the next billing cycle.
How do client payments work?+
Connect Stripe Connect and Renovate sends every invoice with an online pay link. Card and bank payments land directly in your bank. Renovate takes no cut.
Is there a setup fee or hidden cost?+
No setup fee, no per user charge, no per contact charge. The monthly price includes unlimited estimates, invoices, contacts, and users. The only per transaction fee is whatever Stripe Connect charges you directly.
Can I use it in Canada?+
Yes. Renovate is available across the US and Canada. Stripe Connect both work in these markets.
Do I need to install anything?+
No install. Renovate runs in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile. There's also a native iOS and Android app if you want push notifications from the field.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep access until the end of your billing cycle. All your data (estimates, invoices, contacts, notes) stays available for CSV export for at least 90 days after cancellation.
