Invoices that look professional

Your logo, your details, and your payment terms on a clean mobile page the client opens from a link.

See paid, due, and overdue invoices in one place, with totals, so nothing sits unpaid because you forgot.

Bill from the job

Invoices come from the accepted estimate and its milestones, tied to the client and the project.

Receipts on autopilot

Mark an invoice paid and a receipt with your logo is generated for the client automatically.

Ready when you are

Send your first invoice

1

Pick the job

Open the client or the accepted estimate you are billing.

2

Create the invoice

Bill the full amount or the next milestone. Your terms and instructions are already on it.

3

Send the link

The client opens a secure invoice page on their phone and sees how to pay you.

4

Track and get paid

Watch the status, let reminders run, and mark it paid when the money arrives.

Getting invoices paid faster

Late payment is usually a process problem, not a client problem. Clients pay faster when the invoice is clear, arrives the day the stage is finished, states exactly how to pay, and is followed by a polite reminder.

Put your payment terms on the invoice itself, such as net 15, who to make checks payable to, or bank transfer details. Send the invoice the same day the work is done, while the client is happy. Then set reminders for a few days after the due date so you are not chasing by hand.

For larger jobs, bill in milestones instead of one large invoice at the end. Smaller invoices tied to visible progress are easier for the client to approve and easier for you to collect.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the best invoicing software for contractors?

Choose software that ties invoices to estimates and jobs, supports milestone billing, shows what is overdue, and sends reminders. Renovate covers all of that from $29.99 a month.

Does Renovate process credit card payments?

No. Renovate sends invoices that carry your own payment terms and instructions. Your client pays you directly, and Renovate never holds the money.

Can I customize the invoice?

Yes. Add your logo, business details, and payment terms in Settings and they appear on every invoice.

Can clients view invoices on their phone?

Yes. Every invoice is a mobile friendly page opened from a secure link, with no login required.

Can I export my invoices?

Yes. Your estimates, invoices, and contacts stay available for CSV export, including for at least 90 days after cancellation.

How much does it cost?

Pro is $29.99 a month and Pro Plus is $59.99 a month, both with unlimited invoices.
