Milestone billing schedule
You are billed as the work progresses, not one lump sum upfront. Each milestone becomes its own invoice that you receive when that stage is done.
Terms and warranty
- 1 year workmanship warranty on labor. Manufacturer warranty on materials.
- Change orders in writing before work proceeds. Priced and signed by both parties.
- 5 percent holdback until every punch list item is signed off.
- Payment terms net 15 from each invoice date. Checks payable to Prime Kitchens Co. Bank transfer on request.
