Milestone billing schedule

Terms and warranty
- 1 year workmanship warranty on labor. Manufacturer warranty on materials.
- Change orders in writing before work proceeds. Priced and signed by both parties.
- 5 percent holdback until every punch list item is signed off.
- General liability and workers compensation coverage on file with the City of Austin.
